Add-on
Skills is a service to assist clients to solve the problems
associated with ICT resource shortages by providing suitably
skilled individuals or teams of resources, normally at short
notice. This service is invaluable when Clients with niche
or scarce skill requirements need to enhance existing teams
or add temporary expertise to solve specific business issues.
All Q Data consultants are permanent employees and the quality
of their work and skills provided are warranted. The on-site
consultant is under the full management and control of the Client
whilst Q Data provides any off-site support the consultant may
require from a technical support perspective. This insures the
client against an over dependence on any individual thereby
preventing slippage on deliverables.
Q Data guarantees a stable consultant work force. In the event
of a Consultant needing to be permanently replaced, a new consultant
can be provided in advance of the end date (up to two weeks),
at no additional cost to the client, in order to maintain continuity.
Add-on Skills are provided on a fixed tariff principle where
the chargeable unit, either hours or days, are recorded on certified
timesheets signed by the Client. The Client is only invoiced
for productive time and avoids paying for sick leave, Bank Holidays,
annual leave and other idle time.
